My husband and I spent five amazing days in Laborie with Janet and Tony. Driftwood is a lovely cottage with all amenities and the Collinsons are delightful people. The setting is perfect: right on the edge of the village, a few steps to the beach and easy walking to the center of town. We found Laborie to be extraordinary. Unlike many destinations in the islands, Laborie is a quaint fishing village that is undisturbed by tourism. The people are so warm, friendly and welcoming. We especially loved our time with Mama Tilly! Her creole dishes are delicious and her hospitality is world-class. If you are looking for an affordable, peaceful and authentic experience in St. Lucia, look no further than Laborie and Driftwood with the Collinsons.
